Pulaski was born in Ohio and died in Cedar Springs California. His family being the Hewitts of Athens County Ohio.
Daisy was born in West Virginia and died in Bel Air Maryland. She came from the Wharton of the same name who founded the Wharton School in Pennsylvania.
Their daughter Reba Edith Hewitt was born in 1905 in Athens County Ohio and passed in Florida.
